  • There is over 1500 miles of coast line inside the Golden Gate Bridge. This makes San Francisco Bay a boaters paradise with endless opportunities to see new places and explore new ports.

  • San Francisco is famous for The iconic Golden Gate Bridge, opened in 1936, spans the channel between San Francisco Bay and the Pacific. Its International-orange color was chosen after the primer coat was painted. It was proposed to be painted black and yellow.

  • Fun Fact, The City by the Bay is birthplace to many notable actors, including Natalie Wood, Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks and more, as well as filmmaker Francis Coppola.

  • Fun Fact for foodies… Many consider San Francisco’s Chinatown to be where Westernized Chinese cuisine began and also where Dim Sum was first introduced to the Western palate.

  • Fun Fact: Landmarks World-famous Fisherman’s Wharf dates back to the 1800s and is to this day is still used by area fisherman. Head to Pier 39 to watch sea lions bask on Seal Rock
